Publication Options

⭐ Accepted papers will be published in ICSIE 2024 Conference Proceedings as special chapter, which will be indexed by Ei Compendex and Scopus and submitted to be reviewed by Thomson Reuters Conference Proceedings Citation Index (ISI Web of Science).
⭐ For those who're NOT looking to publish their papers, it's acceptable to submit your abstracts to the conference, which will be sent to at least two techinical committees for a brief review, and it will take about 5 working days.

Please follow the format when preparing your paper. Papers should be with at least 8 pages (one column) or 4 pages (double columns) after formatting.

Proceedings Paper Page Limit
One regular registration covers 10 pages (one column) or 5 pages (double columns) for publication in Proceedings, including all figures, tables, and references. Extra page will be charged.
8 pages ≤ Word Template One Column ≤ 20 pages, including all figures, tables, and references. If exceeds 10 pages, every 2 additional pages will incur an extra charge of USD50.
4 pages ≤ LaTex Template Double Columns ≤ 10 pages, including all figures, tables, and references. If exceeds 5 pages, every additional page will incur an extra charge of USD50.

Submission Method
Electronic Submission System (.pdf)  
Prospective authors are kindly invited to submit full text papers including results, tables, figures and references. Full text papers (.pdf, .doc) will be accepted via submission system.

All submissions will be peer reviewed and evaluated based on originality, technical and/or research content/depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability. Submissions will be chosen based on technical merit, interest, applicability, and how well they fit a coherent and balanced technical program. 
All submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical, and will be peer-reviewed. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. Manuscripts should follow the style of the journal and are subject to both review and editing.

Publication Ethics - Penalty against Plagiarism
We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtual of any academic. Hence any act of plagiarism is a totally unacceptable academic misconduct and cannot be tolerated.
